Refund Policy

For the first 3 days you pay nothing and can make up to 30 entries by voice note or photo. If you cancel from your account before the trial ends, you are not charged.

If you have already been charged and KESÉV is not for you, you can request a full refund of that first charge within the following 7 days. The guarantee applies to the first charge of your subscription, not to later renewals.

You can handle it from the Hotmart purchase portal, with no long forms, or by writing to workingkesev@gmail.com from your account email. The money returns to the original payment method; the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Payments are processed by Hotmart, which also applies its own policy and any right of withdrawal that applies in your country. This policy does not reduce those rights.
