KESÉV is a personal organization tool: it helps you log your expenses and income by voice note, photo or by hand, and estimate a Secure Salary and a simulated financial fund.

• KESÉV is NOT accounting, tax, legal, investment or financial advice, and it does not replace an accountant, lawyer or professional advisor.
• KESÉV does NOT calculate, file or pay your taxes, and does not guarantee that you meet your tax obligations.
• KESÉV is NOT a bank, a financial institution or a payments platform: it does not hold, move or lend money, and it does not connect to your bank accounts.

The Secure Salary and your financial fund (for emergencies, debts, big payments or taxes) are estimates and a simulator based only on what you log. You decide what to do with your money and your obligations. For your taxes, consult an accountant or your country’s tax authority.

You must be at least 18 years old and give us truthful information. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping your access secure.

You may not use KESÉV for illegal activities, try to access other people’s data, overload the service with automated entries, or bypass usage limits. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

KESÉV uses artificial intelligence to read voice notes and photos. AI can make mistakes (amounts, merchants, categories, dates). That is why you see what it understood and confirm or fix it before saving. You are responsible for reviewing the information you save. More detail in the AI Notice.

KESÉV is offered as a monthly ($6.99 USD) or annual ($49.99 USD) subscription. You start with a 3-day free trial that includes up to 30 entries by voice note or photo. After the trial, the plan you chose is charged in US dollars (USD) and renews automatically every month or year until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged; if you cancel later, you will not be charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Fair use: the plans include up to 150 entries a month by voice note or photo. It is a cap that keeps the service stable and the price low; the counter resets with each billing cycle.

Annual price lock: as long as your annual subscription stays active, KESÉV will not raise the price of that plan.

Payments are processed through Hotmart, which applies its own payment terms and may show taxes or currency conversions depending on your country.

The data you log is yours. You give us a limited permission to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service (for example, sending it to the AI provider to read a voice note or a photo).

The app, its design, its brand and its code belong to KESÉV. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them.

We do our best to keep KESÉV running at all times, but it is provided “as is”: there may be interruptions, errors or changes. We do not guarantee financial results of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KESÉV is not responsible for financial, tax or legal decisions you make based on the app, nor for fines, penalties, interest, lost income or indirect damages arising from AI errors, incorrectly logged data or use of the simulator.

If, despite the above, any liability were found, it is limited to the amount you paid KESÉV in the previous 12 months. This does not limit rights that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.

These terms are available in Spanish and English. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and email you before significant changes take effect.
